With this initiative, our goal is to normalise people with talking about menstruation without any hesitation. We conducted yet another online campaign and asked public to send us their own quirky anecdotes regarding their first 'periods' or when did they come to know about 'periods'. We believe that with access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Living amidst so many taboos is not an easy job and that's why we held an online campaign on our instagram handle so as to make a positive impact. Exploring the diverse skills in our beneficiaries
At Strong She, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Finding hidden talent in people is never an easy job, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We have conducted many workshops with our beneficiaries and have taught them the skill of diary making, jewellery making, sewing, etc. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
Kindness With Pride
Removing Stigmas Related To LGBTQIA+ community
In order to celebrate pride month, our team in collaboration with Edushala Delhi NCR conducted an online campaign "Kindness With Pride". It included various fun competitions, live sessions on instagram with 2 proud members of LGBTQIA+ community, and a hashtag campaign where we introduced our new hashtag #DONTHIDEYOURPRIDE. This campaign was a success and it helped us create a mass awareness amongst people regarding eradication of stigmas related to LGBTQIA+ community.
